I hired Lauree to help me with my presentation skills. I love working with small groups and individuals, but large groups intimidate me! Well I just finished presenting a workshop in NYC to 18 mental health clinicians, and wow I can’t believe the feedback I got from them… I literally have done EVERYTHING I could in the past to avoid presentations because of this fear and ONE session with Lauree got me through it!!!!

Lauree crafted a compelling discussion topic to weave into my women’s weekend. Her facilitation of the guided conversation was moving, and it was inspiring to see friends share in such an open, meaningful way about the important issues in their lives, as 30-something women.

For the launch of our mentoring program, we wanted a speaker who would guide our new mentor/mentee matches. Lauree gave us so much more. Lauree’s coaching has helped me gain a much better understanding of my own strengths. This allows me to find ways to exceed my own professional and personal goals. Over the past year, I challenged these expectations and became a leader in every sense of the word. First by serving my community as a Girl Scout leader and then as a Toastmasters Club President. I was even recruited as a Web Content Strategy Lead for an amazing new company.

Career Clarity really turned things around for me. My confidence is growing. I feel excitement and energy again—like when I began the journey with my business. I love that we are women doing different things and at different stages of our lives, yet we have so much in common. The group provided support as well as accountability in an extremely non-judgmental way. It's grounding for me! I’m very excited about the things I have in the works and feel I have just begun.

Career Clarity & Community is helping me apply lessons in a more focused way. I like the regular check-ins with real people. The interactions the calls provide, allowing each person to share and receive feedback help with my accountability. Telling you all what I plan to do helps me actually do it.

I've learned how much fear I have over changing career paths. The steps I'm taking now are going to lead me somewhere and not knowing exactly where is ok because I will figure it out. I've also learned how important it is to have a network of support. It's been great having a group of women I can turn to for encouragement and positivity.

I feel pretty excellent. I have great momentum and see a path forward. I'm also coming up with new ideas for the first time in a long time and actually believe I can act on them if I want to.

The benefits of this program have been tremendous! It's really interesting to hear about the journeys and challenges of other women. The community has meant a source of support and emotional intelligence that I can tap into. It gives me alternative view points and a window into how others choose to live their lives (marriage, kids, career, personal goals). To me, the recordings of our calls will be the greatest resource going forward.

Lauree steadfastly helps me work through multiple trains of thought, never failing to tie up the loose ends so I feel I can 'safely' close one topic and progress to the next.

In under a year I went from being frustrated in a job I hated and feeling completetly lost to owning my own business and tripling my income while doing what I love. It's been incredible <3

I pivoted my business and now have slow mornings before I start my workday. I work out, clean the house, eat breakfast and read for fun. It's heavenly. I even have a solo dance party or two - all before I start work. Helps with my anxiety. So thank you. My life is still chaos - but I'm navigating and having a ball.
