One little word is getting in your way

"Don't should all over yourself."

I say it to clients often, so much so that many now catch themselves mid-sentence while we're speaking.

Should is prolific. It's what parents and teachers told us when we were younger and what you say to yourself more often than you may realize.

It also is a big contributor to feeling stuck.
